General sales and delivery conditions
Delivery information
- Your order will be delivered with DHL.
- Shipping costs within the Netherlands is 2,5 euros and for other countries within Europe is 5 euros. There is free shipping for orders above 30 euros.
- Delivery 2 – 4 days.
- Maximum delivery period 30 days, if it takes longer than this period, you are free to cancel the order.
Payment
You can make your online purchase in the following ways:
- iDEAL – (Easy and according to the same strict security requirements of your bank.)
- Credit cards – we accept VISA and Mastercard
- PayPal
Your data is protected against third parties’ access.
Note: It is not possible to make your own bank transfer to Juhldal.
All prices of Juhldal products include VAT.
Exchange and return
You have the right to return the products within 14 days without giving any reason.
- Return costs are at your own expense.
- Cosmetic products can only be returned if the seal is unbroken, this due to hygiene reasons.
- If you return the entire order, you will receive the full purchase price from us.
- As soon as we have received the package in good order, the purchase price will be refunded within 14 days on your given bank account. You must keep the return receipt until the purchase amount has been refunded.
